Cancellation Policy

At Tourist Peru, we understand that travel plans can change. Below are our cancellation and refund policies for various tourism services offered within Peru. Please review them carefully before making a booking.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your booking, please send an email to [email protected] with your reservation details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

Day Tours and Excursions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure will be eligible for a refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

Private Tours

  • Private day tours can be canceled up to 48 hours before departure, with a 5% administrative deduction.

Tour Packages

  • Cancellation requests made 30 days before the trip will receive a refund with a 5% administrative deduction.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund.

Transportation Services

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund, subject to a 5% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

Important Notes

If a tour is canceled by Tourist Peru due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
