Tourist Perú absolutely rejects every form of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESNNA) in tourism.
As a registered tourism service provider in Peru, we have signed the sworn statement adhering to the Code of Conduct against ESNNA issued by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), under Law No. 29408 (General Tourism Law) and the Travel and Tourism Agencies Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR.
Below is the official notice approved by MINCETUR through Ministerial Resolution No. 108-2020-MINCETUR, setting out the legal provisions that criminally sanction conduct linked to ESNNA. The notice is issued in Spanish and English.
